About Our Founder, Kimberley Euston
Proven Venture Capitalist with 30+ of Driving Successful Growth
Throughout her 30+ year career, Kimberley Euston has worked with heads of State, advised leading financiers on foreign currency strategies, and guided clients through large-scale transformational programs. She began her career at the U.S. State Department and the White House before spending over a decade in financial services at firms including JP Morgan, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Bank of America.
Kimberley later transitioned into consulting and relationship management, spending more than 12 years at PwC. There, she served as the National Business Development Leader for the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector and was a member of the TMT Leadership Team, responsible for executing the strategy of the firm’s $2.2B business.
Her passion for supporting entrepreneurs was sparked during years of traveling with her children for golf and soccer tournaments—where Shark Tank became a family favorite on road trips. This inspiration ultimately led to the founding of Vixen Capital Advisors.
Kimberley holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and government from Sweet Briar College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude. She also attended the Foreign Policy Institute at American University and completed the WICT Senior Executive Summit at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
A mother of three, Kimberley was one of four women featured in Risk/Reward, an award-winning documentary about the difficulties women face on Wall Street. The film was screened at international film festivals including Tribeca, shown in theaters worldwide, and aired on the Oxygen cable network. She was recognized by Working Mother Magazine as one of its Top Working Mothers of the Year and was named the Board Champion honoree at the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s inaugural Leaders in Corporate Citizenship Awards in 2020. That same year, she was honored by LiveSafe Resources with a Tribute to Achievement and named Mentor of the Year by Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Southeast Chapter. For fun, she proudly captained the Gate City Brewery Championship Cornhole team in winter 2019.
Kimberley has served on numerous nonprofit boards, including CHRIS 180, Covenant House Georgia, Leadership Atlanta, the WICT Southeast Chapter, United Way Women’s Leadership Circle, Synchronicity Theatre, and Meals on Wheels. In 2024, she was invited to join the International Women’s Forum. Kimberley is an avid golfer and lives in Marietta Georgia with her husband, Greg, of more than 30 years and their adorable golden doodle, Charley.
